Qigong
Qigong is a form of movement therapy, which is a practice of precise, differentiated movements, presence and moving meditation. It helps to release tension, promote restoration, and help life force energy (know as Qi (pronounced Chi) to flow freely through the body.

Qigong is described as an internal practice and Tai Chi an external practice of martial arts (ref: Nicole Lee).
Our classes explore standing, gentle flowing movements, slow stretching, connection to breathing, presence, and stillness.
